In August 2026, Tamil Nadu's government signed 97 memorandums of understanding worth INR 67,452 crore at the inaugural Vettri Tamil Nadu Investment Conclave 2026 in Chennai, in the presence of Chief Minister Chandrasekaran Joseph Vijay and Industries Minister S Keerthana.
